HOW DO I STORE JUICES AND SHOTS?
Juices and shots should always stay in a refrigerated/freezer environment until you’re ready to enjoy.
HOW LONG IS MY JUICE GOOD FOR?
All Nektar Organiks juices should be consumed within 3-4 days of opening the bottle.
WHERE IS THE JUICE MADE?
We proudly make our juices at our distribution locations in North Carolina and Texas.
HOW ARE THE JUICES MADE?
Each of our juices are processed using cold spin technology. This process uses a tremendous amount of pressure to slowly and gently extract the flavor, nutrients, and enzymes from the fresh produce.
IS THE JUICE ORGANIC?
Yes! We feel very strongly about using locally sourced & seasonal organic produce to process our juices. By doing this, we are able to keep our juices at an affordable price point. We live by our mission statement; make it simple, make it taste great, make it affordable and make it for everyone.
HOW DO YOU KEEP NUTRIENTS IN THE JUICE?
All the nutrients are maintained in our juicing process. Nutrients will diminish over time but due to our short shelf life of our juices the nutrient content is maintained until consumed.
CAN I DRINK THE JUICE IF MY ORDER ARRIVED WARM?
No! Please do not consume the juice if it arrived warm! (excludes elderberry syrup)
IF A BOTTLE IS BLOATED, IS IT SAFE TO CONSUME?
No! If you receive a bloated bottle, please do not consume it as the product may have spoiled.
WHY DO THE JUICES HAVE DIFFERENT COLORS AND TASTES FROM TIME TO TIME?
Just like the produce you buy has natural variations, so do our juices! Tastes and colors may vary due to natural variations in the produce due to season!
IS SEDIMENT/SEPARATION NORMAL?
The sediment is a natural occurrence seen in the juices. We recommend shaking the juice in order to shake away separation!

We ship nationwide!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We do not ship internationally at this time.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THESE JUICES FRESH DURING TRANSIT?
All cold spin juice shipments are packed in an insulated liner with ice packs to keep them cool during transit! All juices are sent via 2-Day Express delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
All Elderberry Syrup shipments are sent via ground shipping.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY?
Please send an email to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org right away with a photo of the damaged shipment! After review, a refund or replacement will be issued.
